Residential complex of four single-family villas located in Cairate, Italy. The project, developed by SVS Real Estate and designed by architect Andrea Sanarico, expresses a refined contemporary language through clean volumes and balanced proportions.

The architecture is defined by a careful material contrast between smooth white plaster surfaces and warm natural wood cladding, creating a harmonious dialogue with the surrounding environment. Openings are strategically positioned to maximize natural light, while the landscaped outdoor areas, composed of greenery and structured pathways, enhance privacy and livability.
